Gasol plc (AIM: GAS), the company formed to capitalise on acquisition and investment opportunities in the oil and gas sector, announces that today it received notification that as of 14 May 2007 Fidelity International Limited (FIL), and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, has a notifiable interest in 9,103,310 ordinary shares of 0.5p in the Company, representing 5.84 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
