Notice of Interest in Shares

Gasol plc (AIM: GAS), a company established to capitalise on acquisition and investment opportunities in the oil and gas sectors, was notified today that Synergy Gas Capital Partners Ltd has acquired 17,400,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company, equivalent to 19.02 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was also notified today that Blue Star Capital plc has acquired a further 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company to give a resultant shareholding of 20,000,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 21.86 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
